Returns, Refunds and ExchangesFor returns and exchanges, a piece of the same size and design will be sent unless the customer requests for another item available on hand. If the item is not available, store credit valid for 1 year will be given instead. ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY.
We DO NOT accept refunds.
For items to qualify for return and exchange, the items should be:
- new with tags in place and packaging intact
- within 14 days from receipt
- no scent of perfume or detergent
- not washed or worn
- not have any visible damage like tears, runs or broken zippers
The process for a return or exchange is as follows:
1. Send an email to returns@christianamanila.com requesting for a return/exchange. Kindly indicate the name and order number.
2. Send the item/s for inspection. You may send the package to the following:

We can only accept returns between Tuesday-Saturday 11am-4pm
In your return address, kindly indicate on your package your Name, Address and Contact Number that you placed upon ordering with your Order Number.
3. Please inform us once you've sent the package.
4. Within 48 hours after sending, we will be sending an update on your return or exchange.
5. Once exchange is approved upon inspection, you may choose from the readily available styles within one week of approval. Otherwise, exchange will be forfeited.
