Exchange and Return Policy
ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY. We DO NOT accept refunds.
For returns and exchanges, a piece of the same size and design will be sent unless the customer requests for another item available on hand or store credit.
For items to qualify for return and exchange, the items should be:
- within 7 days from receipt
- new with tags in place
- in its original packaging
- no scent of perfume or detergent
- not washed nor worn
- not have any visible damage like tears, runs, or broken zippers
Once exchange is approved upon inspection, you may choose from the readily available styles within one week of approval. Otherwise, exchange will be forfeited.
