Care instructions:
- Never spray perfume directly onto the silver jewelry.
- Tarnishing is normal in precious jewelry, a certain standard of care and maintenance is necessary to maintain its luster and shine. Daily washing is encouraged to remove oxidation on the silver caused by the environment.
- For stubborn tarnish, simply boil it in dishwashing liquid the wipe dry with a smooth cloth.
- Silver polishing chemicals can help revive maximum shine.

Christiana’s styles are meant to be loose and flowy. Most designs are adorned with ribbons to hug one’s shape and curves—making it flattering in all the right places.

Payments can be coursed through bank transfer (BPI and BDO), Mobile Fund Transfer, GCASH, PayMaya or credit card (via PayPal or PayMaya). Deposit must be made within 24 hours upon ordering.

Domestic Standard Shipping: JRS Express (for Metro Manila, Greater Metro Manila and Provincial Areas)
JRS typically takes 1-3 days within Metro Manila, 6-8 days for Visayas and 5-7 days Mindanao. Shipping to far locations like Batanes can take up to 30 days.

We ship out items on Tuesday and Thursday only. Payments made on Friday to Monday will automatically shipped out on Tuesday. However, if it's rush delivery you may contact our customer service at +63 917 133 8787 to request for expedited shipping.

Courier / LBC / FedEx (for International Shipping)
We ship worldwide through our partner courier, LBC / FedEx. Simply place your orders in your cart, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping address. During checkout, the minimum shipping rate will be provided depending on the region. For International shipping, delivery times range from 2 days to 1 week.

IMPORTANT: Please include all necessary information when inputting your address.

Wash separately.
Hand wash or machine wash using delicate setting.
Avoid using detergent as this can affect the color of the product.

We DO NOT accept refunds. For returns and exchanges, kindly send an email to returns@christianamanila.com. A piece of the same size and design will be sent unless the customer requests for another item available on hand. If the item is not available, store credit valid for 3 months will be given instead. ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY.
